Kraken
Open-source CLI with a built-in MCP server giving AI agents native access to spot, futures, and staking on Kraken.
The Kraken CLI is an open-source, single-binary execution engine that gives AI agents and developers direct, native access to Kraken's markets. It covers spot trading, futures, staking, subaccount transfers, and real-time WebSocket streaming across 134 commands, with clean machine-readable output an agent can consume directly.
It executes, not just advises: an agent can place and manage orders through the terminal or, via the built-in MCP server, through Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or other agentic tools. Safety is built in — dangerous commands like orders, withdrawals, and cancellations require your approval by default, and a local paper-trading engine lets you test agent logic against live prices with no real funds. Ships with 50 pre-built agent skills.
Kraken serves 190+ countries, with restrictions in 16 sanction- and AML-related jurisdictions.
